The first step is to complete our on-line pre-qualifying credit card processing application. This gives CSA the basic information that we need to process your merchant account application, such as... your name and the name of your business, address, date business started, phone number, email, etc.
Once the information is complete, one of our trained representatives will contact you by telephone to confirm the information, and answer any questions that you may have about our merchant services.
Next, we will fax you the actual "Card Processing Agreement." You will return the signed, completed merchant account agreement to us with a copy of your business license and a voided check from your bank account (this is the account where your funds will be deposited).
Upon approval of your application, we should have your merchant account setup within 24-36 hours. Faxed applications submitted by 9:30am EST are typically approved the same day by 7:00pm EST. When we have your merchant account number, we will either send you an email with your "Log On" information for your Internet Gateway, or we will ship your credit card processing equipment directly to your door -- ready to plug in and start processing for you to accept credit cards. Included with your equipment will be a Welcome Package with all merchant services support phone numbers, authorization phone numbers, etc, just in case you have questions or problems.
